Your request should be sitting in a new WhatsApp tab, ready to send. If the tab was blocked, ring us on (03) 9793 4820 and read it out.
What happens after you book
The booking lands on the workshop job list, not in a general inbox. Someone checks that the time you picked suits the work you have asked for, because a tyre fit and a major service need very different bay time, then confirms it or offers the nearest slot that does.
You get the drop-off time, what we plan to do, and anything we cannot be certain about until the car is on the hoist. If the job needs parts ordered first, which panel work and timing components usually do, you hear that before the date is locked in rather than on the morning.
What to have ready
Make, model, build year, rego and the current odometer reading. The VIN too if you can find it, because on European models parts are looked up by VIN rather than by model year. If a warning light is on, note whether it stays on or comes and goes, and at what point in the drive it appears.
For collision work, four photographs: straight on, two angles, one of the whole car. For tyres, the numbers off the sidewall. For window film, whether the rear glass is already dark from the factory. Two minutes of that saves a day of messages back and forth.
Four steps, no account
Service, vehicle, date, details. Nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay before the work is done.
A person confirms it
Every request is checked against the workshop schedule before a confirmation goes out, so the time you end up with is one the bay can actually hold.
Change it by message
Plans move. Send a WhatsApp message or ring the workshop and the slot moves with you.
Honest note
How this demo booking form behaves
On this portfolio build, submitting the form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message rather than writing to a database. On a live site the same flow posts to a server endpoint, stores the booking, blocks out the slot and emails a confirmation.
