Book, Message or Call the Workshop

Phone is quickest for anything urgent, WhatsApp is best when you need to send photographs, and the online booking is best out of hours because it puts your request straight onto the job list. All three land on the same workshop job list.

Whichever you use, include the make, model and build year, the rego, the odometer reading and a plain description of the symptom. For collision work add photographs: one straight on, two at an angle, one of the whole car. For window film, tell us whether the rear glass is already dark from the factory. That is usually enough for a proper answer first time, rather than three questions back.

We are in a unit on Frankston-Dandenong Road, not a showroom, so look for the roller door and the unit number rather than a forecourt. Drive into the driveway and park inside the property, because the kerb outside is a working industrial road with trucks turning across it all day. Reception is inside the roller door on the left.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 to 17:30 and Saturday 8:00 to 14:00, closed Sunday and public holidays. If your shift does not fit that, ask for the after-hours key drop when you book and we will tell you where to leave the keys and what to write on the envelope, so the car is not sitting untouched in the morning.
